1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using www.amvbuild.in (the “Site”), operated by Allegro Mahabaleshwara Ventures LLP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Services Provided AMV Build provides a digital platform to explore luxury residential projects and facilitates the online payment of booking tokens to reserve an apartment unit. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, property listing, or availability status with or without notice to you.
3. Payment Terms All payments made through the Site are specifically for the reservation of an apartment unit and are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. By initiating a transaction, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and personal information. Paying a booking token reserves the unit subject to the final execution of a formal Agreement of Sale.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: We do not process direct online cancellations for apartment reservation payments. If you wish to withdraw your reservation, you must initiate a formal refund request by contacting our team.
- Refunds: We understand that purchasing a home is a complex process and unforeseen circumstances (such as bank loan rejections) may arise. Therefore, reservation payments (booking tokens) are refundable with no strict time limit applied to the request.
- Deduction: All approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing deduction from the total token amount paid online.
- Process: Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, you must contact us directly via email at info@amvbuild.in or by calling +91 98-45-722552. Once approved, the balance amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
5. User Conduct You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access.
6. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Allegro Mahabaleshwara Ventures LLP, nor its partners, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our digital reservation services.
7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
