A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by training, he spent the early years of his working life as a senior officer of the Indian Revenue Service. He moved out of bureaucracy for a personally proactive life, embracing the diverse challenges of entrepreneurship. His business interest is in Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Financial Markets, and Automobile Dealerships. D. B. Mehta has been a past President and Chairman of CREDAI, Mangalore, and is currently Vice President of CREDAI, Karnataka. He has been a past President of Kanara Builder’s Association and Mangalore Stock Exchange. He is currently also the Chairman of IGBC, Mangalore, and an Independent Director of Mangaluru Smart City Ltd. His media appearances and YouTube videos that tap into his expertise in the subject matter of economics, finance, and real estate enjoy a vast following.

Sanjith Naik, has an architecture degree from MIT-Manipal, and an MBA from Texas State University – USA , and has completed an Executive education program in Real-estate with Harvard university. Sanjith has also had a short experience in teaching, while at Texas State University for his MBA. Upon completion of his MBA, he was invited to be a member of BETA GAMMA SIGMA – an international business honour society for AACSB-accredited schools, which are the top 5% of business school programs around the world. His early education was at St. Aloysius, Mangalore. In the year 2007, Sanjith Naik was among the select few speakers (Topic- Urban Design) at the Mangalore Today’s “Genext conclave”, an event where prominent next generation leaders of the city were invited. Armed with these qualifications, very relevant to the construction and building industry or simply the real estate business, he joined Mahabaleshwara & Promoters & Builders a real estate/ property development firm specialising in apartment projects in Mangalore. He is currently the Executive Director of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders P ltd. In 2011 he expanded the business to Bangalore where he heads the operations. In addition to this, he also established a proprietary concern of his own in Bangalore by the Name and style of Mahabaleshwara Projects and has so far completed 5 projects under the two banners. Besides being the secretary and correspondent for Shakthi Residential school, Sanjith Naik is also the Managing Trustee of Shakthi Education Trust which runs Shakthi Residential school and PU College. Sanjith Naik is also a Trustee in Sri Gopalakrishna Temple Trust and Sri Gopalakrishna charitable trust,Shakthinagar Mangalore.
