Incorporated as a Limited Liability Partnership in January 2020, AMV combines the celebrated histories of Allegro Builders & Developers and Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Builders—two institutions renowned for pioneering high-quality construction across Mangaluru and Bengaluru.
With 44 successfully completed projects and over 2,500 happy families sheltered, our focus is unwavering: we reject congested high-density mega-townships to specialize exclusively in curated, low-density boutique luxury residences.

D. B. Mehta
Allegro Builders & Developers
Allegro blends high-quality aesthetics with technical finesse to create architecturally splendid residential and commercial spaces. Helming Allegro Builders is the prominent and dynamic personality of D. B. Mehta.
A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by training, he spent the early years of his professional life as a senior officer in the Indian Revenue Service. He eventually moved out of the bureaucracy to pursue a more proactive life, embracing the diverse challenges of entrepreneurship. His current business interests span Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Financial Markets, and Automobile Dealerships.
D. B. Mehta is a past President and Chairman of CREDAI Mangalore, and is currently the Vice President of CREDAI Karnataka. He has also served as the President of the Kanara Builders Association and the Mangalore Stock Exchange. Today, he is the Chairman of IGBC Mangalore and an Independent Director of Mangaluru Smart City Ltd. His media appearances and YouTube videos—which tap into his deep expertise in economics, finance, and real estate—enjoy a vast following.
Sanjith Naik
Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Builders
Sanjith Naik holds an Architecture degree from MIT-Manipal and an MBA from Texas State University, USA, and has completed an Executive Education program in Real Estate at Harvard University. He also gained brief teaching experience while at Texas State University for his MBA. Upon completion, he was invited to join BETA GAMMA SIGMA—an international business honor society for AACSB-accredited schools, representing the top 5% of business programs worldwide. In 2007, Sanjith was among the select few speakers at Mangalore Today’s “Genext Conclave,” an event highlighting the city’s prominent next-generation leaders.
Armed with these qualifications, he joined Mahabaleshwara Promoters & Builders, a leading property development firm specializing in apartment projects in Mangaluru. He currently serves as the Executive Director of Mahabaleshwara Promoters and Builders Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, he expanded the business to Bengaluru, where he actively heads operations. Additionally, he established his own proprietary concern in Bengaluru under the name Mahabaleshwara Projects and has successfully delivered five projects across both banners.
Beyond real estate, Sanjith is deeply involved in education and philanthropy. Alongside serving as the Secretary and Correspondent for Shakthi Residential School, he is the Managing Trustee of the Shakthi Education Trust, which runs the school and PU College. He also serves as a Trustee for the Sri Gopalakrishna Temple Trust and the Sri Gopalakrishna Charitable Trust in Shakthinagar, Mangaluru.
